At House of Tashmim, we take great pride in our premium embroidered streetwear. We are committed to quality and ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at thehouseoftasnim@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
    • If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
  2. Await Approval: We will review your request. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typically 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the new size or style you want is in stock and gets to you quickly.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exception: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or was the incorrect item, House of Tashmim will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a shipping label in such cases.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at thehouseoftasnim@gmail.com.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount may be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
